"Time and time again I am so pleased with the service I get from Kelcei at Julie Sumiki’s office. Not only does she do all of the adding and subtracting of cars/properties on our policy (which we do a lot) but more importantly when we have insurance issues or policy questions, Kelcei takes over and quickly responds and resolves all the matters with ease. "Absolute Best Insurance Experience!
I cannot say enough good things about State Farm and the incredible team at this office!
Recently, my car was totaled in an accident, which is usually an incredibly stressful situation. However, they took care of absolutely everything from start to finish. What stood out the most was their incredible communication—they kept me updated every step of the way and consistently reached out just to check in and see if I needed anything at all.
Everyone in the office has been amazing, but a special shoutout goes to Rebecca. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made a tough situation so much easier to handle.
If you want an insurance team that genuinely cares about their clients and delivers top-notch service when you need it most, this is the place. Highly recommended!"
